I developed this educational system through 50 years of martial art practice and 37 years of teaching science. The learning experiences of being a husband, son, father, brother, friend, teacher, student, and coworker are also integrated into the course.
The exercises present powerful knowledge, effective principles, and strategies to explore and apply. I wrote and applied the worksheet principles, strategies, and self-assessment questions to grow throughout my life.
